What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set and manage fuel pricing activities across retail and consigned locations

• Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, volume, margins, and performance data

• Build and maintain complex spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Monitor store performance and provide recommendations for improvement

• Collaborate closely with operations, supply & logistics, accounting, and IT teams

• Help optimize pricing strategies based on market conditions and business objectives

• Perform reporting and communicate the story behind the data to leadership

• Support pricing integration efforts tied to acquisitions and operational growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Confident, concise communication skills

• Very strong Excel skills, including complex spreadsheet creation and analysis

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities

• Ownership mentality and strong follow-through

• Self-motivated and competitive mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, or a related field preferred

• Recent graduates or candidates with roughly 1+ years of experience encouraged to apply

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools

• Exposure to pricing strategy, fuel, petroleum, logistics, retail, or commodity-based industries

• Familiarity with Opis Price Pro, Kalibrate, PriceEasy or other fuel pricing platforms

• Experience using data to influence decisions and communicate business insights
